Eagles Football
Boston College’s football program, established in 1892, competes in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The Eagles have appeared in 26 bowl games, winning 14. Notable moments include Doug Flutie’s “Hail Mary” pass in 1984, which remains one of college football’s greatest plays.
Baldwin the Eagle
Baldwin, a costumed eagle, serves as Boston College’s mascot. He embodies the school’s soaring spirit and participates in games and campus events.
