The proposed ballot lets a member rank a Top 16 and nominate four teams to move into the Super64 field and four to move out. A documented Borda-style count converts submitted ballots into a weekly ranking.

The production rule is one member, one ballot per window. The final schedule and launch date remain pending owner approval; when a result is actually published, its snapshot will not be silently rewritten.
