Draft Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-25
Working draft only. It must be checked against the final production services, data flows, retention rules, and approved support channel before launch.
What we collect
Account information (email, display name) through our sign-in provider Clerk; membership and payment status through Stripe (we never see or store card numbers); merchandise order references, items, amounts, and fulfillment state; your ballots, picks, and profile preferences; and basic usage analytics (pages viewed, features used).
How we use it
To operate the club: authenticate you, publish aggregate rankings, run the pick'em league, process memberships and merchandise orders, prevent fraud, fulfill purchases, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
What is public
Published rankings are aggregates — individual ballots are never public. Leaderboards show your display name only if you opt in; otherwise you appear anonymously.
Processors
Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Netlify (hosting), Resend (transactional and opted-in member email), and Google Analytics where enabled. Each processes data under its own terms.
Payments and shipping
Stripe collects payment, billing, and shipping details on its hosted checkout. Super64 stores only the order information needed for stock, reconciliation, support, and fulfillment; card numbers are never stored by Super64.
Your choices
You can update your profile, opt out of the public leaderboard, turn club-update emails on or off, or request access, correction, or account deletion through the approved public support channel. Essential account and purchase messages may still be sent. Financial, fraud-prevention, and order records may be retained where required for legal or accounting obligations.
