Draft Refund Policy

Working draft only. No refund window or cancellation promise is approved until the owner confirms the offer and legal review closes.

Monthly and annual memberships

Cancel anytime from your account (Manage membership → Stripe Customer Portal). Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for; renewals after cancellation are never charged. If you were charged in error — for example a renewal after you canceled — contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.

Founding 64

Founding seats are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet cast a ballot with founding access. After 14 days, founding purchases are final.

How to request a refund

Email info@super64.club from the address on your account with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Merchandise

The proposed merchandise policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. If Super64 ships the wrong item or an item arrives materially damaged, Super64 pays the reasonable return or replacement cost. Original shipping is not refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged. This section remains a draft until David approves fulfillment and return handling.
